Refund policy

The customer is allowed to return to the vendor any semi-durable or durable item purchased on the platform if such request is raised within 7 calendar days (including holidays) (“Return Term”) in its original condition. For the purposes of this clause, “original condition” shall mean there have been no changes in the original size, and in their original packaging.

 

After the expiry of the Return Term, all complaints/grievances in relation to any of the items purchased on the platform shall need to be directly handled with the concerned seller of the product. If the platform is the direct seller of the product, no returns are acceptable if the request is not raised within 7 days from the date of receipt of the said items by the customer.

 

The representative of the platform picking up the returned item shall evaluate if the item is in its original condition and eligible under this refund policy. The decision of such representative of the platform shall be final and binding on all parties, including the customer

 

Under no circumstances shall any perishable items (including any consumable products) be returned once the delivery has been completed.

 

All amounts paid in relation to the aforesaid returned items shall be returned to source within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the returned item by the platform and not to any other account/wallet etc.

 

Items once purchased on the platform, cannot be canceled for any reason whatsoever.

 

If for any reason the customer has made two payments for the same purchase, the refund (directly at source) shall be initiated within 7 working days by the platform.
