Non-Exchange and Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges or offer refunds for items purchased through our online shop. Each product is created specifically for you upon placing an order; therefore, we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns.

Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we are committed to addressing any issues arising from errors on our part. In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps to initiate a refund:

  2. Photo Documentation: To expedite the process, please include clear photos of the defective or incorrect item(s) as attachments in your communication.
  3. Replacement or Store Credits: In case of a wrong item or damaged product, replacement or store credits are offered; the claim should be made within 7 days.
  4. Return Request Channel: Email at contact@girls.buzz for returns; avoid sending messages on WhatsApp or social media.
  5. Wash Care and Return: No return or replacement is accepted for wash care misuse; follow wash care instructions on the product page.
  6. Discount Codes: Discount codes are non-refundable; unused codes are applicable on the next purchase.
  7. Delivery Time Variation: Delivery time may vary due to public holidays or unforeseen events; no refund/return is based on delivery time.
  8. Extended Delivery Time in Some Cities: Longer delivery time may be experienced in some cities.
  9. Order Cancellation: Cancel the order within 2 hours; after processing, no cancellation or refund is possible, only store credits.
  10. Buyer's Responsibility: Responsibility for wrong details (phone no, pin code, address) lies with the buyer.
  11. Refusal of Delivery: Refusal of delivery or three failed attempts result in no refund; reshipping costs apply.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and verifying the returned item(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancelling Orders: As orders are processed shortly after confirmation to ensure timely production, cancellations are not possible after an order has been confirmed. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
